We are currently looking for enthusiastic and flexible Project Workers who have experience of working with clients in supported accommodation with complex needs, including substance misuse and mental health issues. The position will involve providing support on a day shift basis for the next 6 months or so.

Working in a homeless hostel, you will be providing support to vulnerable adults with diverse needs in terms of needs assessments, support planning and referring clients to external services.

The successful candidate will be a conscientious and punctual team player who is proactive rather than reactive, someone who can listen effectively and refer clients to the services they need, and with a very good understanding of professional boundaries.
