Main Responsibilities
To ensure overall well-being of the residents, effective supervision and training of team members, communication with all resident support services and families, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

Skills and Experience
For this current position you will be an extremely competent, experienced and fully qualified RGN, with a proven track record of working in private residential care homes
