New Directions urgently require Care Assistants to work for a busy residential care home in Carmarthen on a full or part time basis, day and night shifts available.

Main Responsibilities
Care Assistants will be required to participate fully in the care home team and to provide a professional care service to residents, working alongside Senior Care Assistants and qualified nurses, ensuring at all times that service users feel safe and comfortable whilst leading as active a life as possible.

Skills and Experience
For this current position you will need to have an NVQ in care - or at least 12 months proven direct private care experience.
