New Directions Recruitment has a permanent vacancy for a General Manager to head the senior management team in a College / residential environment in Carmarthenshire.

Candidates wishing to apply will need:
• At least 5 years of senior general management experience in the social care sector in relation to people with learning disabilities.
• NVQ level4 Management Qualification
• RMA.
• Ideally experience of the education sector.
• Experience of turning around failing organizations and restructuring.
• Business planning and development.
• Change management, monitoring and improving performance, reporting writing and presentations,
• Budgeting and financial monitoring and control.
• Collaboration, consultation and involvement skills.
• Line management and people management skills.
• Social care sector and working with OFSTED and LSC.
