We are currently recruiting for a large well known private company in Cardiff for a Learning Disabilities Home Manager in Cardiff.

Ideal candidates must have proven background and experience in working with and managing an adult learning disability home and experience of managing challenging behaviours.

This current home is a 6 bedded home based in Cardiff city centre.

Clients here are able bodied and have learning disabilities and challenging behaviours and complex needs.

Must have Level 3 in Social Care.
NVQ Level in management are an advantage but not essential if you have the proven experience.
Must have managed a Learning disability home before.
Full time vacancy available.
Excellent salary available from £23k per annum - plus excellent bonus and incentives and pension scheme.
