We are currently seeking children’s residential support workers and or youth workers to work full time within a private children’s home in the West Wales (Kidwelly) Area.
You will be required to work flexible hours from days, nights, evenings, sleep ins and weekends as and when required (on a rota basis).
Working with children aged 11yrs up to 18yrs upwards within the looked after care sector.
Proven voluntary experience or previous role within a children’s home would be an advantage and working directly with challenging behaviours and emotional children.
Client requires candidates with Qualification in children and young people Level 3.
Excellent salary from £14k - £18k per annum, plus sleep in and further bonus / incentives.

**Full driving license & Own Car is vital due to rural location and know direct bus route to the home and (The clients requirements for this particular post).
