Working with vulnerable children in care
Managing staff, appraisals etc
Must have nvq level 3 in children and young people and level 4 in management
Must have managed a childrens home before.
Must be flexible in working hours,
Salary from £30k - £35k per annum per year + plus further incentives, bonus.

Rate of Pay:

£SALARY FROM 30K - 35K PER ANNUM PER YEAR + PLUS FURTHER INCENTIVES BONUS
