New Directions (Recruitment) Ltd have a job opportunity available as a Business Development Consultant in an established Domiciliary & Social Care Team based in Cardiff.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be experienced in running a desk in a fast paced environment.
  • Be professional, dynamic and enthusiastic.
  • Have the ability to develop and manage own desk.
  • Be positive and proactive and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Have a sound working knowledge of the domiciliary and social care markets.
  • Have a proven track record of meeting individual and team targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and generate new business.
  • Recruit and maintain a large and diverse pool of domiciliary and social care workers.
  • Develop business relationships/opportunities with both internal and external potential clients.
  • Evaluate ongoing clients requirements and assess how best to meet their needs.
  • Attract new candidates to register by using initiative and creativity to find good quality candidates from a variety of sources.
