Recruitment Consultant
New Directions (Recruitment) Ltd have a job opportunity available as a Business Development Consultant in an established Domiciliary & Social Care Team based in Cardiff.
The successful candidate will:
- Be experienced in running a desk in a fast paced environment.
- Be professional, dynamic and enthusiastic.
- Have the ability to develop and manage own desk.
- Be positive and proactive and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Have a sound working knowledge of the domiciliary and social care markets.
- Have a proven track record of meeting individual and team targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and generate new business.
- Recruit and maintain a large and diverse pool of domiciliary and social care workers.
- Develop business relationships/opportunities with both internal and external potential clients.
- Evaluate ongoing clients requirements and assess how best to meet their needs.
- Attract new candidates to register by using initiative and creativity to find good quality candidates from a variety of sources.
