New Directions Recruitment was founded in 1994 and is now the largest independent provider of care services in Wales. New Directions are an umbrella body of the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and all staff undertake a fully enhanced CRB and POVA check.

    We are constantly recruiting on a yearly basis for children’s homes all over wales and the west of England. We recruit specifically for candidates and clients with working directly with children in the ‘Looked After Care’ sector, young offender’s, and those children who severe emotional problems. We specialise in finding and placing candidates who are qualified NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People and higher Levels of senior positions as well as Management.

  • Hostels/Young Persons Hostels/Refugee Hostels

    We are one of the largest suppliers of staff to Hostels all over Wales and the West of England and are always seeking experienced staff to work directly on behalf of new directions in various adult hostels.
